At 8:00 AM New York time on weekdays. From 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM ET it overlaps with London, the two largest forex centres together: the United Kingdom and the United States handled about 38% and 19% of global foreign exchange turnover in April 2025 (BIS).
New York Stock Exchange hours
